Essential Oil Product Disclosure

  • Store in a cool, dry, and dark place, ideally below 25°C.
     
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
     
  • For external use only. We recommend performing a patch test before continued use to ensure compatibility with your skin.
     
  • If you are pregnant or nursing, please consult with your healthcare provider before using this product.
     

Privacy & Consent

At House of Divine, your privacy is very important to us. We collect and store personal information obtained during your purchase and when you join our email list, solely to provide you with relevant updates, offers, and correspondence.
Your information will never be shared or sold to any third party without your explicit consent.


Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied:

  • Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging, and there is a valid reason such as damage.
     
  • Exchanges due to change of mind are accepted within 30 days; the product must be in original condition. Please note the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
     

Damaged Products

If your essential oils, guidance cards, or Divine Self Journal arrive damaged or with a broken seal:

  • Please email a photo of the damaged product to divineflamekeeper@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.
     
  • We will happily arrange a replacement to be sent to the original purchaser.
